Product Information
Nomex® electrical insulation is constructed from calendered aromatic polyamide fibride and flock, delivering a combination of thermal, mechanical, and dielectric performance that conventional insulation films cannot match.
Rated for continuous service at 220°C as a Class H nomex insulation material, it maintains stable electrical properties well above 200°C while remaining reliable at cryogenic temperatures as low as -190°C. Nomex® insulation paper is fully compatible with common resins, varnishes, transformer oils, and cooling agents, integrating seamlessly into virtually any insulation system.
With a UL 94V-0 flame rating and high radiation resistance, Nomex® electrical insulation material meets the safety and reliability demands of motors, transformers, generators, and specialty industrial applications worldwide.
